Il Dado del contadino is a completely natural product that can be used both to obtain exquisite vegetable broths and to flavor meat and fish sauces.
It is a mixture of whole salt of drills, courgettes, carrots, celery and coasts grown and harvested in Val d'Aosta in an uncontaminated place.
Suggestions for use: 1 liter of water is enough for a nice full coffee spoon. Alternatively, it can be used as a sauté with a little spoon added to the oil.
We leave to the personal taste the eventual addition of salt at the end of cooking.
