Shipping and returns
Shipping your package: Packages are generally sent within 2 working days of receipt of payment and are shipped via express courier with tracking and delivery with signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online on the courier's website. In the case of absence, a second delivery attempt is envisaged. In principle the non-delivery coupon is left in the box, with indications on how to contact the courier to eventually agree on the timetable. In case of difficulty, you can contact us at email@example.com indicating your name and order number, we will try to help you according to your needs. Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postal charges. Operating costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two separate orders separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each one. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention will be given to fragile items such as glass bottles and jars. The boxes are adequately large and your articles are well protected.
